I require payment by card and will keep your information securely on file; payment is processed after each session. This minimizes disruption, streamlines our process, and helps everyone to stay on track.
Insurance
I am currently in-network with Aetna and United insurances only. I’m happy to provide the necessary documentation to assist you with taking advantage of any out-of-network benefits you may have with other insurance providers.
Cancellation Policy
To provide the best care and avoid burnout, I limit the number of clients I see. And since consistency is key for meaningful change, I reserve a weekly spot just for you.
Life can be unpredictable, so I offer one free cancellation each year. If something comes up, we can also reschedule within the week before, during, or after your regular time, if our schedules align. For example, if you’re traveling out of state for two weeks, we could meet twice the week before you leave and twice the week after you return. Just let me know at least 24-hours in advance.
If we don’t manage to reschedule, the session will be considered canceled. These canceled sessions aren’t covered by insurance and will be charged directly to the card you have on file.
